Sales #101 Getting a Decision When it comes to making sales, there is nothing more important than trying to get a customer to make a decision. This is always the biggest goal. The quicker, the better… However, there is always more than one decision to be made, and it can be quite challenging at times. First and foremost, we want to provide a clear path/funnel, in which to lead the customer through the selection/purchasing process. This is where needs assessment, and solution-based selling comes into play. You’ve got to understand your customer in such a way, that you can lead them through the funnel with confidence, while making them feel good about their overall experience.
